Vendor Hall Information

Exhibitors setup can begin on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 6:00pm or as early as 8:00am on Monday, September 12, 2016.  A ribbon cutting for the Grand Opening is scheduled for Monday, September 12, 2016 at 2:30pm.

Dear Prospective Exhibitor: 

The North Carolina Association of Public Safety Communication Officials (NC APCO) and the North Carolina Chapter of the National Emergency Number Association (NC NENA) would like to invite you to participate in the 2016 North Carolina Public-Safety Communications Conference that will be held in beautiful Sunset Beach, North Carolina, beginning on September 11, 2016 and running through September 14, 2016. 

We are proud of our annual conference and believe that you will find it to be a very informative, well attended conference that draws participation from public safety professionals throughout the state of North Carolina.

We would like to encourage you to showcase your products and/or services in our exhibitor hall. We have built exclusive exhibitor hall hours into our schedule to ensure that our conference participants have the time they need to learn about the latest products and services available. Again this year we have also planned an evening reception on Monday to be held inside the vendor hall to ensure further interaction with you, our exhibitors, by our attendees! 
We would also like to invite your participation as a conference sponsor. A list of sponsorship opportunities is included in the online registration process. Even if you cannot participate this year by purchasing a vendor booth, opportunities are still available to sponsor one or more activities during the conference. Sponsorship levels are listed below and some include other items at no additional cost: 
  • Diamond = $10,000+ (includes two exhibitor booths, four booth attendees, free electrical and a full page ad (of your design) in the program booklet)
  • Platinum = $5000-$9999 (includes one exhibitor booth, two booth attendees, free electrical and a full page ad (of your design) in the program booklet)
  • Gold = $3000-$4999 (includes full page ad (of your design) in the program booklet)
  • Silver = $1000-$2999
  • Bronze = $500 - $999
  • General = Up to $499  
As you can see, there are all levels of sponsorship and any level of your support would be much appreciated by your NC APCO and NENA chapters. This is an excellent way to stand out and increase your visibility with conference attendees. Your sponsorship also includes signage at your sponsored event(s). You can follow the registration link to register to attend the conference or register to sponsor only. Note to our Diamond, Platinum and Gold sponsors: An adjustment will need to be made to your cost prior to submitting your payment. You will be contacted via email when this adjustment has been made and you are ready to make payment.
Also note that advertisement space is available again this year for purchase in our conference book. You may place a half page ad in the conference book for $250 or a whole page ad for $500. These will also be available options during the registration process. Note that some levels of sponsorship come with this at no cost.
